At Nexus Packaging, we supply a range of both single layered HDPE and double layered PET bottles for the Flairosol® dispensing heads.

We are the UK sole distributor of Flairosol®, which is the next generation trigger based dispensing technology from AFA Dispensing. Flairosol® is available in both spray and foam dispensing patterns.

The benefits of Flairosol® are as follows:

• Propellant free and non-pressurised in contrast to aerosols.
• 360° dispensing for flexibility and easy coverage of large areas.
• Continuous misting spray covers large areas quickly and easily.
• Up to 98% evacuation minimising product wastage.
• Refillable and fully recyclable.
• Reusable heads for up to 25 bottles of products.

We have designed our own custom single layered bottles in 200ml, 300ml, 400ml and 500ml pack sizes. These bottles are manufactured in High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and are produced in the UK.

We also stock both a white and black double layered bottles that are manufactured in PET and have an internal bag to maximise product usage.
